Consider driving to ‘Iao Valley State Park which boasts a 2,250 foot natural rock pinnacle (the ‘Iao Needle) over the ‘Iao Stream. Incredible!

Whale watching is a time-honored pastime in Maui. You can watch for the migrating humpback whales from December to April. Be sure to visit quaint Paia Town for some amazing flatbread. There are many accommodation options on the island; keep in mind that the island is relatively small and easily navigable.
